WAITING FOR THE MAGIC?

Thanks to all who made the Canteen raffle a big success!  It wasn’t done by magic, but by hard work.  Luckily, when work is done for fun, it’s really easy.  Maybe we’re still waiting for magic for signing new members.  One or two here and there as the months go by won’t keep up with a little problem called mortality.  Let’s try real effort to build up membership.  A good way to start anything is to attend Post meetings.  Come in (2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m.) and learn what you would like to work at and join the fun.

BREAK FOR LUNCH  with us Mondays and Thursdays!  Dollar Hamburgers Mondays when you purchase soup, chili, onion rings or french fries.  Subs and a $5 plate Lunch are on tap for Thursdays and, of course, you don’t want to pass up our grilled baloney, grilled cheese, hot dogs, chili dogs served both days!  Call or stop by the Post for our soup & plate Specials!

 

Please GIVE OF your time Saturday, April 3, 2010!  The Post’s Reverse Raffle supports many of the repairs needed around our Post.  So, whether it’s selling tickets, working the floor or helping in the kitchen we would so appreciate your help.  Please let Jim Engel know you are willing to help out.
